In your installed hard disk, you usually set up a folder during installation, for example, SWW. The folder is usually not very big, about 500K

When the virtual machine is started, there should be the relevant system drive letter in the finder folder

1. First start ParallelsDesktop , but do not start the virtual machine.

2. Then right-click the application icon in the Dock to open controlcenter.

3. Select the virtual machine to be deleted, right-click, as shown in the figure, and select the remove option in the menu.

4. Or open the virtual machine window and select File---remove in the ParallelsDesktop menu.

5. If you want to access the files saved on the virtual machine, you can choose to keep the files, choose to keep or move the recycle bin, as shown in the figure.

6. Find documents on finder, find parallels, delete the file, and move the recycle bin.

It is in the directory, but this is a total file. You cannot separate it and copy it to the local machine. You can upload it to the network disk first and then download it to the local machine!
