虚拟机服务器装好后不能连接(虚拟机连接服务器失败)

Virtual machine connection failed?
It has been working normally. Today I was going to connect to the virtual machine to do some software testing, but suddenly I couldn't connect. I immediately checked the service operation and found that everything was normal.
So I opened the network configuration and took a look at the situation of VMnet8. I found that the IP address was wrong, so I just changed it to automatically obtain the IP address.
Look at the IP situation of VMnet8 (I use NAT mode)
The following is the network segment configured for the virtual machine.
Changed to automatically obtain IP address
The problem is solved, it is a rather special problem, encountered for the first time. The network settings suddenly changed.
Extended reading: Introduction to the three network modes commonly used in VMware
1. Bridged (bridge mode)
What is bridge mode? Bridge mode is to use a virtual bridge to communicate between the host network card and the virtual network card of the virtual machine. Under the function of bridging, it is similar to virtualizing a physical host into a switch. All virtual machines set up by the bridge are connected to an interface of the switch. The physical host is also plugged into the switch, so all network cards and network cards under the bridge are connected. It is in exchange mode and can access each other without interfering. In bridge mode, the virtual machine IP address needs to be in the same network segment as the host. If networking is required, the gateway and DNS need to be consistent with the host network card.
2. NAT (Address Translation Mode)
We just mentioned that if your network IP resources are in short supply, but you also want your virtual machine to be able to connect to the Internet, NAT mode is the best choice at this time. NAT mode uses virtual NAT devices and virtual DHCP servers to enable virtual machines to connect to the Internet.
The Host-Only mode is actually the NAT mode that removes the virtual NAT device, and then uses the VMwareNetworkAdapterVMnet1 virtual network card to connect to the VMnet1 virtual switch to communicate with the virtual machine. The Host-Only mode isolates the virtual machine from the external network, making the virtual machine Become an independent system and only communicate with the host computer.
Why can't it connect to the window when installing the virtual machine LINUXsmb server?
Check whether the virtual machine's IP is in the same network segment as the host machine and whether the gateway is the same. And what network method the virtual machine uses. The virtual machine is shared with the host, and virtual folders can be used. First share the host's folder, and then create a virtual folder.

The network connection of the virtual machine is restricted, how to solve it?

You can modify the IP and submask of the virtual machine to solve the above problem. Please refer to the following content for specific operations.

Tools/Materials: Windows 7 system computer.

1. First, click Computer on the computer desktop.

2. Then click to open the control panel.

3. Then click on Network and Sharing Center.

4. Then click Change Adapter Settings.

5. Then right-click the local area connection and click Properties.

6. Then click Internet Protocol Version.

7. Then change the IP address to 192.168.0.12.

8. Then change the submask to 255.255.255.0 and click OK.
